With a Masters of Business Administration from Western Sydney University and a decade-long tenure spanning IT services, SaaS, Natural Gases & Equipments, Food, and United Nations sectors, Dhruvil brings a diverse range of industry experiences to the table. His extensive expertise extends to the Indian startup ecosystem, showcasing a keen understanding of business and marketing dynamics. Prior to Conneqtion, Dhruvil made significant contributions to BOC Australia, a prominent Gas company, where he played a pivotal role in managing APAC Marketing operations.

Jagdeesh Jaisinghani

VICE PRESIDENT - ORACLE APEX & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Jagdeesh Jaisinghani, Conneqtion’s Vice President of Oracle APEX Practice and Product Development, brings over 23 years of IT expertise, primarily honed during his nearly two-decade tenure in Oracle's Industry Solutions Group. Armed with a Master's degree in Computer Science from the US, he has been hands-on in tech across various projects, specializing in Java, database-intensive web applications, and Oracle APEX development. His contributions extend to crafting UIs, APIs for cross-industry demo POCs, and playing a pivotal role in developing Oracle's Business Accelerators (OBA) playback tool for EBS. With extensive experience in Oracle APEX dating back to 2004, he has led numerous successful projects, demonstrating his prowess in technology leadership and solution development.

Arun Sharma

Arun Sharma, serving as Conneqtion’s Vice President of Delivery (Oracle Practice), is a seasoned leader with a Bocconi certification in International Leadership and over 25 years of rich experience in IT. His expertise lies in end-to-end implementation, support, and roll-outs of enterprise applications, particularly in Oracle Applications, Utilities, GRC, integration, and digital transformation technologies across diverse industries and global regions. Arun's extensive background in Project, Program, Delivery Management & PMO, coupled with his management of over 100 cross-functional teams for 18+ years, underscores his strategic acumen, strong customer relationships, and dedication to fostering talent and organizational growth.

Prerna

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS OPERATIONS

Prerna leads the Finance and Operations space in Conneqtion Group and overseeing compliance, risk, process improvement, corporate governance, sustainability, Financial Functions and Merger and Acquisitions. She is also leading the global expansions, fostering effective organizational cultures, and elevating employee experiences. Prior to Conneqtion, Prerna was an integral part of American Express and Bank of America and has worked on different products and strategies across North America, Europe and APAC region clientele.

Roshan Baig

Roshan Baig is renowned for his strategic acumen and hands-on delivery & project leadership. His expertise spans application development, integration, and team management, honed through extensive experience across the GCC, US, Australia, and APAC regions. Roshan's global perspective and cultural agility have driven successful projects and facilitated cross-border collaboration. With a passion for innovation and spearheading digital transformation initiatives that deliver tangible value. His track record includes delivering projects on time, within budget, and exceeding expectations, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and organizational success. Before joining Conneqtion, Roshan was a part of Evosys Mastek, Capgemini and Birlasoft.

Having held pivotal technical roles at esteemed multinational firms like Oracle Consulting Services, Accelalpha and 3Di Inc., Lalji's expertise spans a wide spectrum of IT domains.

Karan Tulsani

Karan Tulsani is the Founder and CEO of Conneqtion Group, an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) & Oracle SaaS Implementation Partner enabling customers to achieve digital transformation in ERP and Analytics. Under his able leadership, the Conneqtion team has grown to 100+ Oracle certified consultants. In the past year, with his guidance and vision, Conneqtion has successfully implemented 50+ Enterprise transformations and have delivered 40+ OCI projects across the globe. Prior to Conneqtion, Karan was an integral part of Evosys Mastek, Deloitte and Oracle’s Consulting team and has worked for clients in North America, EMEA & JAPAC region.
